Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation of Service Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through one of the following methods:

  • By submitting a cancellation request via our website, using the cancellation feature located in the "Manage Subscription" section of account settings while logged in.
  • By reaching out to our support team via email to request a cancellation. Please note that phone requests are not accepted, as email provides a clear and verifiable record of the request for both parties.

Upon successful cancellation, no further charges will be applied to the account. However, any charges already incurred prior to cancellation will remain the responsibility of the customer.

2. Refund Policy We do not offer refunds for non-use of our services. Once a subscription has been activated and a customer has been billed, they are responsible for any charges related to the subscription, regardless of how frequently the service was used.

Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:

  • If the service was affected by technical issues that directly prevented the customer from using it.
  • If a billing error occurred on our end that resulted in incorrect charges.

Refunds for technical issues are limited to the specific fees associated with the affected service(s) and do not apply to the entirety of the subscription period unless the service disruption was prolonged and ongoing.

3. Billing Disputes Any billing disputes must be brought to our attention within 30 days of the charge in question. Failure to do so will result in the charge being considered final and non-refundable.

4. No Refund for Partial Periods We do not offer refunds or credits for partial periods of service, unused time, or for any portion of a subscription period.

5. Chargebacks Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team to resolve an issue may result in immediate account suspension and future access restrictions. We encourage all customers to contact us to address any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback.
