What details are shown in on my invoices?
Invoices show each item purchased, any additional invoice line items and their associated cost as defined by you, and your company’s name and contact info. You can add a note to each invoice prior to emailing or printing them. This note ideally should contain specific instructions for the user to follow in order to complete the transaction.
It is up to you as the seller to provide order payment and fulfillment instructions. For example, you may want to include an invoice note that has a pickup time and location, or include instructions on how to pay online, over the phone, or by mail.
Online Payments
If you have selected an online payment option such as PayPal and/or Credit/Debit for your sale, then there will be additional options shown on the invoice:
PayPal
The buyer will be able to complete payment from their invoice page via the "Pay Now" button on the invoice if the invoice is in an Unpaid or Past Due state and you have selected PayPal as a payment option under the Online Payment Options settings for the sale.
Credit/Debit
You will be able to charge the buyers invoice via a "Charge Payment Method" button if the invoice is in an Unpaid or Past Due state and you have selected Credit/Debit as a payment option under the Online Payment Options settings and you have connected your Stripe account.
